Los más de 500 asistentes llegados de toda Europa van a escuchar las prácticas y opiniones de los mejores especialistas en cómo manejar las organizaciones con agilidad para llegar a la Excelencia. El entorno VUCA impone abordar la cuestión.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Se trata de un foro lleno de innovaciones y diseñado alrededor de uno de los valores de la excelencia: Gestionar con Agilidad. La audiencia escuchará distintos testimonios sobre cómo ser rápidos y eficaces ante los muchos cambios del entorno. <p style="text-align: justify;">Las actividades comienzan dos días antes con las sesiones de buenas prácticas y un gran cóctel de bienvenida ofrecido por <strong>Gmp</strong> el día 25 en el edifico de la inmobiliaria para eventos corporativos: Meeting place, en el paseo de la <strong>Castellana 81</strong>.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La celebración inaugural más informal de este foro, por tanto, tendrá lugar en este emblemático edificio, obra maestra del arquitecto Sáenz de Oiza, y tratándose de un encuentro sobre Excelencia, el edificio debía ajustarse también a ese criterio por lo que se trata de un edificio con certificación LEED Platino en la categoría Core & Shell además de ostentar el nivel cinco estrellas de la certificación DIGA (Distintivo Indicador del Grado de Accesibilidad).</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ya en el punto de partida de las dos jornadas del Foro, Andreas Wendt, Presidente de EFQM y Alberto Durán, Presidente del Club Excelencia en Gestión, inauguran este Foro que contará también en la primera sesión con Leon Tossaint, CEO de EFQM e Ignacio Babé, CEO del Club Excelencia en Gestión, que presentará las principales conclusiones del <strong>Pulso de Agilidad Organizacional</strong>.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">A continuación, Peter Klingenburg, CEO de T-Systems MMS; Patrick Meillaud, Manager de Bosch Rodez; Helena Herrero, CEO de Hewlett-Packard España e Italia; y Borja Carabantes, Consejero Delegado de Metro Madrid, tomarán parte en una mesa redonda sobre <strong>Agilidad estratégica en un entorno VUCA</strong> moderados por Javier Vega de Seoane, Presidente del Círculo de Empresarios.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>“Agilising a business model”</strong> será el título de la ponencia de Grete Faremo, Directora General de UNOPS; y <strong>“Digital Disruption and Agility”</strong> el correspondiente a la intervención de Stefan Jenzowsky, SVP New Products, Siemens Convergence Creators.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La agilidad vista desde todos los sectores permite contar con una ponencia <strong>sobre “Agilidad en la cocina”</strong> pronunciada por Pepe Rodríguez, Chef ejecutivo de Sodexo y conductor del programa Master Chef de Televisión que explicará cómo la buena planificación, la gestión del trabajo en equipo con liderazgo, la utilización de nuevas tecnologías y procesos han transformado numerosos restaurantes en prósperos negocios; y otra sobre <strong>“Agilidad en un aeropuerto”</strong> que abordarán Elena Mayoral, Directora General del Aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas y Gianluca Mulé, Director Partnerships de EFQM.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La <strong>“Agilidad a través de la cultura”</strong> corresponderá a Stefano Scabbio, Presidente de Manpower Group del Mediterráneo y Este de Europa quien explicará cómo el mundo del trabajo se ha transformado y vivimos en una época en la que el talento, el aprendizaje continuo y la capacidad de asumir cambios irán conformando las organizaciones del futuro, con personas y con tecnología.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En una mesa redonda moderada por Ursula el Hage, Ceo y cofundadora de Inntrend, se abordará la <strong>Velocidad en la transformación corporativa</strong> con la participación de Joaquín Abril-Martorell, Director de Marketing de Cepsa, y Ana Lledó, VP Regional Portfolio Europe and Americas, BT Global Services. Se explicará cómo grandes corporaciones han sido capaces de transformarse, buscando al máximo la agilidad, y adaptarse al entorno utilizando distintas fórmulas y combinaciones de elementos, tanto tecnológicos como humanos.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En la segunda jornada, <strong>la Tecnología, Agilidad y Excelencia</strong> será planteado en el turno de Juan Antonio Zufiría, CEO de IBM Europa , y Presidente de honor del Club Excelencia en Gestión que intervendrá para relacionar los elementos de un modelo de excelencia con un adecuado nivel de tecnología de modo que una organización llegue a ser muy buena en lo que hace pero sobre todo muy ágil, poniendo el énfasis en que no es una cuestión de tecnología, que acabará estando al alcance de todos, sino de un buen liderazgo, planificación y gestión de personas y recursos, en un modelo de negocio nuevo y adaptado al entorno.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dos pilotos de caza del ejército español, Rafael Hernández y Roberto García-Arroba explicarán al auditorio las peculiaridades de su trabajo y cómo <strong>gestionar y liderar en situaciones extremas</strong> cuando se deben tomar decisiones con rapidez.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ignacio\u{A0}\u{A0} \u{A0}García de Vinuesa, alcalde de Alcobendas, organización ganadora del Premio a la Excelencia EFQM 2016, expondrá el punto de vista de cómo abordar la <strong>Agilidad desde la administración</strong> y Mohammed Al Khayat, Director de carreteras y transporte de Dubai lo hará con respecto a la realidad de las <strong>ciudades inteligentes</strong>.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Es, por tanto, un programa de lujo para dos jornadas de un Foro, organizado conjuntamente por EFQM y el Club Excelencia en Gestión, en las que se combinarán sesiones con elementos de gamificación en los que los asistentes serán los protagonistas.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El Foro EFQM es el evento más importante para la comunidad empresarial de la EFQM ya que reúne cada año a los líderes y referentes en excelencia a nivel internacional, para debatir sobre las tendencias en gestión, nuevas y consolidadas, y aprender de los mejores.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En este entorno, el día 26 se entregarán los EFQM Excellence Awards en una cena de gala que se celebrará en Alcobendas, puesto que el Ayuntamiento de Alcobendas fue la institución ganadora del Premio a la Excelencia EFQM 2016. Una noche festiva que contará con la actuación del Ballet de Víctor Ullate.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dos organizaciones españolas optan este año al premio: el Hospital Universitario Infanta Elena y Sanitas hospitales, dos representantes del sector sanitario que han tenido ya el reconocimiento de ser finalistas en anteriores ediciones.</p>\n
