<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Qué te llevó a traducirlo?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Descubrir el libro de Frederic Laloux fue un momento que recordaré toda la vida. Alguien al que entonces aún no conocía me estaba explicando un nuevo modelo de organización que, precisamente, me resonaba profundamente cercano a mi manera de hacer.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Lo más emocionante de todo era que el libro es la historia real de doce organizaciones.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Qué tipo de organizaciones?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">De todo tipo, de entre 100 y 40.000 trabajadores, de Europa y Estados Unidos, de sectores profesionales diferentes (industrial, energético, sanitario, etc…),\u{A0} con y sin ánimo de lucro.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Y por qué la decisión de encontrar una editorial en España para realizar una edición en lengua castellana?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Porque me gusta conocer y conversar con personas, con frecuencia de sectores profesionales diferentes al mío, descubrir lo que hacen y compartir con ellos pasiones y sueños que traspasan toda mirada sectorial.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Qué hacen estas organizaciones?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Su modelo está basado en 3 principios básicos: responsabilidad individual, plenitud y sentido evolutivo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Puedes concretar?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En el caso de la responsabilidad individual, son organizaciones sin estructura jerárquica, cargos ni descripción de puestos de trabajo, con equipos auto-gestionados, con procesos de auto-evaluación colectivos y metodologías para que todos puedan tomar decisiones. Fácil de entender, ¿no cree?</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En el ámbito de la plenitud, estas organizaciones respetan con mucho rigor una serie de prácticas que permiten que la energía femenina, las emociones y la espiritualidad estén presentes, sin miedo, en el día a día, Cuidan muchos los espacios físicos, las prácticas de silencio y meditación, la formación en la metodología de Marshall Rosenberg de la Comunicación NoViolenta, la prevención de conflictos. Invierten mucho más tiempo en el proceso de selección y se ahorran muchos recursos en resolver cuestiones de clima laboral y de despidos provocados por una incorporación equivocada.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En cuanto al sentido evolutivo, entienden que una organización es un sistema vivo en constante evolución diaria así que invierten poca energía en procesos estratégicos y redacción de presupuestos. En estas organizaciones no existe el concepto de\u{A0} grandes procesos de cambio, porque, una vez decidido el propósito, están diariamente adaptándose al entorno.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Algo diferente.</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">¿Se imagina? La pregunta empresarial de toda la vida, de “¿qué queremos, ser más felices o ganar más dinero?” ya no tiene sentido. Ahora las dos cosas son posibles. Es un caso de “win-win situation” que tiene lógica: cuando la gente es feliz y se siente más escuchada, mejoran los resultados económicos.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Crees que en España estamos lejos de tener organizaciones de este tipo?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">No. Creo que las cúpulas de las organizaciones están más cerca de este modelo de lo que parece y de lo que ellas mismas reconocen. Lo transmiten así en sus mensajes corporativos, en sus memorias de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa y en las actividades de formación y desarrollo interno que impulsan. Hablan abiertamente sobre los\u{A0} grupos de interés, de la persona y el cliente como centro de la actividad, de la voluntad de servicio para atender a las necesidades de la comunidad, del bienestar social, de la iniciativa personal de cada trabajador, de la adaptación organizativa.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Quizás sí, pero ¿podría considerarse que la reputación corporativa está en crisis?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Me resisto a creer que las palabras dichas por un presidente de una compañía en su comunicación pública sean siempre una mentira. Es más, estoy plenamente convencido de que muchos son sinceros en su deseo de mejorar las cosas. Pero es posible que no hayan sabido encontrar el modo de hacerlo. Ellos y nosotros crecimos en otros paradigmas organizativos. Y, en nuestro país, (¿quizás por orgullo?), nos molesta menos ser catalogados de mentirosos que admitir públicamente que no sabemos hacer algo, especialmente cuando estamos en el vértice de una pirámide jerárquica.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>¿Puedes citar algún ejemplo?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ana Moreno, coordinadora del Grupo de Investigación en Organizaciones Sostenibles (GIOS) de la Politécnica de Madrid, ha impulsado la redacción de casos prácticos de personas y organizaciones españolas que están iniciando este proceso, como serían\u{A0} Jaume Gurt (<a title="www.unceosincorbata.com" href="http://www.unceosincorbata.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">www.unceosincorbata.com</a>) y, en el ámbito de las administraciones públicas, el Conservatorio Municipal de Música de Barcelona (<a title="www.cmmb.cat" href="http://www.cmmb.cat" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">www.cmmb.cat</a>), donde ejerzo de gerente.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Quiero hacer especial hincapié en Ner Group (<a title="www.nergroup.org" href="http://www.nergroup.org" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">www.nergroup.org</a>), una asociación en Euskadi de diferentes organizaciones unidas por un Nuevo Estilo de Relaciones (ner), muy resonantes con las organizaciones presentadas en el libro, y vertebradas alrededor de equipo de k2kemocionando.com, creado por Koldo Saratxaga. Vale la pena conocerles personalmente, y, más allá de preguntar lo que hacen, empaparse de su coherencia y entusiasmo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Y vale la pena confiar y creer que hoy estamos preparados para atrevernos a variar y cambiar maneras de hacer que nos hacen sufrir como personas y que están poniendo en riesgo la sostenibilidad económica y humana de nuestras organizaciones.</p>\n
