<p>El rol del profesional es uno de los principales retos en la gestión sanitaria en los próximos años y ha sido el tema de la sesión del Foro de Excelencia en Sanidad del Club Excelencia en Gestión, celebrado en colaboración con TUV RHEINLAND, en las instalaciones de HOSPITAL PLATÓ en Barcelona con el título “El rol del profesional en la Gestión sanitaria Excelente: Horizonte 2025”, un encuentro entre profesionales del sector que ha puesto el acento en la necesidad de apostar por la Excelencia en la Humanización del trato al paciente y la adaptación continua al cambio constante para superar los nuevos retos.</p>\r\n

<p>El Club Excelencia, al plantear esta sesión, ha considerado que es importante tener en cuenta que “Alcanzar el éxito mediante el talento de las personas”, es uno de los ocho Valores de la Excelencia. Ello es clave en todos los sectores, pero especialmente en Sanidad donde trabajan personas para la salud de las personas, donde se funden en un solo objetivo pacientes y profesionales. Para ello debemos disponer de <strong>organizaciones excelentes, con equipos preocupados y ocupados</strong> de las personas de una forma integral, cuidando de su salud, poniéndolas en el centro, entendiendo su humanidad y respetando su dignidad, a la vez que haciendo sostenible a largo plazo toda la organización.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El <strong>impacto de las tecnologías</strong> será un aspecto fundamental de transformación en este presente que viene. Las personas seguiremos trabajando, con un número creciente de máquinas funcionando a nuestro alrededor. Seguiremos necesitando relacionarnos de forma empática allí donde no podemos ser sustituidos. Estamos avanzando con notables esfuerzos en la curación hacia la <strong>maximización de la prevención</strong>, y esta será una de las próximas claves a tener en cuenta en el rol del profesional sanitario.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Según <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jordi-pujol-colomer-61856347/" target="_blank">Jordi Pujol</a>, Director gerente del Hospital Plató, los principales retos que, desde la dirección de los centros, se aborda en la gestión de personas son el relevo generacional y los planes de sucesión, la feminización de la profesión médica, la conciliación de la vida familiar y profesional, el marco laboral y la gestión del talento. Serán claves el trabajo en equipo, la proximidad con los profesionales y la responsabilidad frente a la toma de decisiones.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/candela-calle-a857a3b/" target="_blank">Candela Calle</a>, Directora General del Institut Catalá d´Oncologia, ha abordado la relevancia del talento en el sistema sanitario y ha basado su ponencia en una descripción del sector. “Después de la crisis económica, el gasto sanitario por cápita en España bajó en términos reales y por lo que respecta a la media de la UE; no obstante, el gasto comenzó a aumentar de nuevo en los últimos años. En 2015, España gastó 2.374 EUR por cápita en atención sanitaria, en comparación con la media de 2.797 EUR de la UE. Esto corresponde al 9,2% del PIB, también por debajo de la media del 9,9% de la UE. Alrededor del 71% del gasto sanitario en España se financia públicamente, mientras que los pagos directos de los pacientes ascienden al 24% del gasto sanitario total, un porcentaje mucho más grande que la media del 15% de la UE.”</p>\r\n

<p>Según Candela Calle, en cuanto a eficacia del sistema, la mortalidad tratable en España sigue siendo una de las más bajas de los países de la UE, lo que indica que el sistema de atención sanitaria es eficaz en el tratamiento de las personas con afecciones potencialmente mortales. Por otra parte, el acceso a la atención sanitaria en España es bueno en términos generales. No obstante, los tiempos de espera siguen suponiendo un problema. La Resiliencia es un factor a tener en cuenta importante. Después de la crisis económica se tomaron una serie de medidas de urgencia para reducir el gasto público en sanidad, pero la mayoría de estas medidas no implicaron cambios estructurales del sistema sanitario. Es importante, en este sentido, la influencia de las distintas generaciones: “Si no cambiamos tendremos organizaciones que no estarán en sintonía con los nuevos profesionales, ni con sus necesidades, ni con aquello que desean o sienten. En estos momentos, los profesionales que llegan a las organizaciones son parte de esa nueva generación “bien alimentada y digitalizada”. Buscan interacción, colaboración, diversión, pero sobre todo experiencia laboral. “</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><a href="http://https://www.linkedin.com/in/alberto-pardo-hern%C3%A1ndez-780a725a/" target="_blank">Alberto Pardo</a>, Subdirector General de Calidad Asistencial de la Comunidad de Madrid,considera que se debe dar importancia al talento, la resiliencia, a reenfocar el trato a los pacientes, y que la formación es un elemento clave. Hay que dejar de hacer lo innecesario y hacer cosas diferentes, tener claro el liderazgo y el equipo necesario, la adaptación temporal al movimiento constante por nuevos competidores, entender los nuevos comportamientos de los clientes y nuevas tecnologías, y utilizar los modelos de calidad.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Entre las <strong>tendencias </strong>que van a influir en el rol de los profesionales, se encuentra un cambio de paradigma, con una evolución <strong>desde un modelo paternalista a un modelo deliberativo</strong> en que la persona, en su condición de paciente, familiar o cuidador adopta un rol protagonista, activo, dinámico y direccional, favoreciendo la <strong>corresponsabilidad, el apoderamiento y la toma de decisiones compartidas</strong>. También la promoción de una <strong>atención centrada en la persona</strong> y en su entorno, donde se apuesta por una alianza entre el mundo social y el sanitario para lograr una atención integral e integrada. Este cambio de rol supone un nexo de unión entre la comunidad y los sistemas de salud. Además, una gestión sanitaria de Excelencia incluye formación en Bioética, Nuevas tecnologías y Gestión de recursos.</p>\r\n
