<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>-Podríamos empezar por explicar el por qué del lema de este año “El GPS de las organizaciones del futuro”. </strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Se ha escogido porque nos estamos dando cuenta en las organizaciones que, en este entorno vertiginoso que cambia tan rápidamente, se da la circunstancia de que los directivos y la gente saben dónde están, pero también se dicen “<strong>sé cómo he llegado pero lo que me ha hecho llegar hasta aquí, no me hará llegar hasta allí</strong>”. Eso se debe a que todo está cambiando: la cibernética, la tecnología, los robots, las distintas relaciones laborales, porque puedes ser autónomo o pertenecer a una plantilla, los grupos de trabajo con edades, culturas y valores diferentes… La globalización, las reglas de juego nuevas… Con todo ello, debemos saber cómo motivar a toda la gente.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Como navegante que soy, entiendo la importancia del compás en un barco; sé que no saber qué dirección tomar y dónde están las coordenadas a donde quiero llegar es un problema, es de gran ayuda un GPS y lo que queremos en este Foro es que cada uno encuentre las coordenadas hacia donde queremos ir, y saber el destino que queremos alcanzar con este mar tan revuelto.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>-Habrá muchos GPS diferentes según las organizaciones y las personas…</strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El GPS debe ser personal e intransferible. Es el que debemos desarrollar en este foro dependiendo de nuestra situación, de nuestra cultura, de nuestra organización, de lo que vemos que puede ocurrir, del talento del que podemos disponer; en procesos, en operaciones, en los clientes que cambian según el mercado en el que estamos… Debemos entender dónde podemos llegar cada uno de nosotros influidos por la nueva tecnología, saber cómo interactuar las personas y los robots.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Lo que <strong>queremos es que cada participante se cree su GPS y reflexione </strong>con todo lo que oye de estos más de veinte profesionales expertos en distintos mercados, con diferentes experiencias, y con la calidad de ser número uno en las empresas, gente con mucha experiencia. También escucharemos a personas seniors y juniors, sabremos si éstos prefieren contratos largos o ser autónomos y trabajar por proyectos: oiremos sus opiniones y comprobaremos si la juventud no está pensando como un senior que siempre ha querido estar al cien por cien con una empresa… Nos preguntaremos cómo liderar a esos equipos cuando tienes autónomos y gente en plantilla, personas con diferentes culturas, países, razas, religiones, valores…</p>\r\n

<p> </p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>- De modo que es un GPS especialmente difícil de definir cuando hay tantos cambios, una tecnología que avanza tan rápido y unos mercados tan amplios…</strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Es el día a día de la globalización. Se ha acabado el enfoque simple de exportar e importar; en los nuevos escenarios, el proveedor puede ser mi <em>partner</em> que puede estar en la india mientras yo vendo en Australia y sin conocer bien la cultura de mi cliente. Este foro es para la gente que mira hacia el futuro y ve tantas cosas que él solo no las puede descifrar. Necesitamos expertos para reflexionar. Y luego,<strong> aplicar la creatividad que viene cuando escuchas a mucha gente. Quiero que la gente salga con ideas para pasar a la acción con un plan concreto de mejora o cambio. Hay que salir de la zona cómoda, dejar de hacer lo que hacíamos para hacer nuevas cosas, desaprender para aprender nuevos temas…</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Es difícil definir tu GPS cuando estás encorsetado, sin una flexibilidad interior y mental, pero es muy fácil cuando entiendes que lo que haces hoy es posible que mañana lo tengas que cambiar. Tienes que tener un proyecto mental para saber dónde inspirarte, tener claro que cuatro ojos ven más que dos, y para eso hay que ser curioso y saber preguntar, saber escuchar. Cuando escuchas, callas. Una vez has escuchado, tienes que dar las gracias y empezar a analizar lo que has escuchado, decidir qué vas hacer con tus conclusiones del análisis y comentar el plan de acción que has creado con aquellas personas que te han inspirado para explicarles el plan y cómo lo ven. Debes pedir opiniones a los demás y entonces tendrás mejores ideas que las tuyas. </p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>-Entonces, la condición imprescindible; escuchar…</strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Tres cosas. Hay que tener coraje para saber escuchar y preguntar, humildad para entender que no lo sabes todo y luego disciplina para poner todo en acción y salir de la zona cómoda. Entre las prioridades estratégicas necesarias está la apertura mental, aceptar todo lo que viene como posible cambio… la actitud es fundamental, ir con flexibilidad. Si cambias la forma de mirar verás la manera de cambiar.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>-Habría que definir “forma de mirar.” </strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Algo que hay que mejorar es la forma de mirar. Si uno siempre hace lo mismo, por lo general, siempre tropieza con la misma piedra y tiene el mismo problema. Los ojos de tu vecino ven cosas que tu no ves. Recordemos que la vida no es la vida, es como yo la veo. Hay tantas vidas como personas. No es real lo que vemos, sino la percepción que tenemos de ello. Nuestra percepción es nuestra realidad.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>-Como profesional de la consultoría estratégica, ¿en qué tienen que priorizar sus estrategias las compañías en este momento para no perder esta ola de transformación?</strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Muchas empresas creen que la estrategia hay que hacerla en el producto, otras en la comercial, otras en el mercado……… Pero como siempre todas las organizaciones tienen un logo, un edificio, la diferencia entre una y otra no son los edificios o los logos, son siempre las personas que hay dentro, que la hacen posible. Si queremos tener una gran empresa las personas son la clave. Debemos mejorar con la gente, abrir la mente, motivar, escuchar… Pero todo ello no funciona si no hay una dirección clara, abierta y con valores. En definitiva, la prioridad estratégica se encuentra en los valores y en el talento del equipo y ellas dependen de la dirección, este es el primer paso, luego hay que trabajar todo lo demás. Si la dirección no es flexible o dirige por valores, no da libertad a su gente, si la dirección no crea un equipo de personas que se comunican entre ellas, si no están motivadas, la creatividad y las ilusiones para los nuevos productos no saldrá de dentro, y si no sienten que crecen en la empresa, cómo tendrá nadie ganas de escuchar a un cliente.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>-Y todo eso entra a configurar este GPS que busca el Foro</strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Para crear este GPS que comentamos no hay que hacer un gran cambio; se trata de pequeños cambios, un 5% o un 10%. El resultado es un gran cambio que deriva de muchos pequeños. No hay que dejar de ser quien tu eres, pero hay que mejorar poco a poco. En este Foro tenemos mucha gente que habla con muchas visiones y experiencias, que reflexiona, que inspiran ideas que lleven a un cambio. Por eso, al final de la jornada, se han definido dos horas de talleres de manera que todo lo que has oído por la mañana se pueda poner en práctica, en dos horas, queremos crear un proceso de acciones relacionadas con lo que has oído: taller de clientes, operaciones, talento y un cuarto sobre estrategia y liderazgo. Creo que de ahí todos saldrán con su plan de acción.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>-En lo que respecta a personas y talento ¿se está produciendo una adaptación a los nuevos retos? ¿Hay alguna reflexión necesaria a ese respecto? </strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Creo que se habla mucho de los cambios que necesita la gente; se habla de que sea creativa, productiva, que sean rentables, que sean felices trabajando. Pero, en la práctica se hace muy poco. ¿Por qué? Porque hay pocos líderes que crean tanto en la gente como para plantear esas iniciativas. Hay que cambiar intenciones por acciones. Debemos intentar que la gente tenga formación. Si quieres cambiar el mundo, debes dar formación a la gente. La idea de “no tengo tiempo” no es suficiente. En algunas conferencias me intereso por quién hace algo para mejorar su calidad de vida. Pregunto ¿Cuántos tenemos hijos? Todos levantan la mano ¿Cuántos creemos que los hijos necesitan tiempo para hablar con sus padres? Es esencial, dicen todos. Y la última pregunta ¿creemos que dedicamos tiempo suficiente a hablar con ellos? Todos dicen NO, deberíamos dedicarles más. ¿Por qué no lo haces? Cómo utilizas el tiempo y tus 24 horas es tu problema, pues tu eres el que tomas tus decisiones. Si sabes lo que quieres y sabes dónde vas, con coraje tu vida la decides tú. Coge las riendas de tu vida.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>- ¿Qué espera que puedan sacar como conclusiones los asistentes al Foro y que no van a encontrar en ningún otro?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Reflexión, inspiración y acción… Estaría encantado de que cada uno saliera con las conclusiones de su GPS bajo el brazo, habiendo escuchado y poniendo cuatro cosas en acción.</p>\r\n
