<p style="text-align: justify;">Ahora que el curso ha acabado para profesores y alumnos, para padres y APAs, para colegios públicos, concertados y privados es fundamental que nuestros políticos hagan una reflexión sosegada sobre por qué, para qué y cómo llegar al famoso y reclamado pacto por la educación.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La educación es el futuro de los pueblos. Por tanto, aunque los políticos tienden más a pensar en su presente y futuro inmediato deberían hacer un esfuerzo por mejorar aquello que nos dará más prosperidad en el futuro. Y nos hará más libres. Los padres en Cataluña, el País Vasco, Extremadura o Canarias comparten la preocupación por la educación de sus hijos, por la falta de desarrollo de las capacidades que a ellos les exigen en sus trabajos, por la incertidumbre de cómo será el futuro del mundo laboral y por el supuesto desconocimiento de lo que estudiarán el 65% de los niños actuales. ¿por qué no aunar entonces esfuerzos y voluntades para diseñar la educación del futuro para nuestros hijos y nietos? Porque como dice el ilustre filósofo, José Antonio Marina, el primero de los problemas de nuestra educación es su\u{A0}ideologización.\u{A0}“La ideología es a la educación lo que la mixomatosis al conejo.\u{A0}En este país nunca va a haber un gran pacto de Estado al respecto, porque cada partido quiere mangonear en ella. A ver si conseguimos que se den cuenta de que no se puede tener una idea política de la educación".</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Yo no soy tan pesimista como el profesor Marina. Creo que se puede llegar a un pacto, aunque costará mucho esfuerzo y tiempo. Pero hay que empezar por ser humildes y reconocer de donde partimos. A continuación, he incluido unos cuantos titulares que guardé hace seis meses cuando se publicaron en España los resultados del informe Pisa, extraídos de prensa regional por Comunidades Autónomas. Son llamativos todos ellos por diferentes motivos. Reacciones de sorpresa, incredulidad, culpar al de enfrente, conformarse, compararse solo con quien sale peor o parecido pero no mejor… Pero observen los más avispados en qué Comunidades se traslada la culpa a otro, se sorprenden o se lamentan frente a los que hablan de hacer planes de mejora. Ahora hagan sus apuestas para ver cuáles de estas Comunidades Autónomas mejorarán más en los próximos años el nivel de sus estudiantes.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>LA OPINIÓN DE TENERIFE:<br /></strong>Canarias lamenta los resultados de PISA pero destaca la mejoría respecto a 2009.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>EL PERIÓDICO DE EXTREMADURA:<br /></strong>La Junta de Extremadura culpa de los datos de PISA al PP que reclama “sentido común”. Los populares dicen que la valoración del secretario es de «gran simpleza intelectual».</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>LAS PROVINCIAS:<br /></strong>Los colegios valencianos suspenden en la excelencia de sus alumnos. La Comunidad tiene menos estudiantes rezagados que la media pero flojea si se compara a los que más destacan.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>EL PAÍS:<br /></strong>La Junta andaluza se sorprende por el suspenso en la evaluación del PISA.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>EL PERIÓDICO:<br /></strong>Cataluña supera la media española, europea y de la OCDE en el Informe PISA.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>DEIA:<br /></strong>Euskadi busca contrarrestar PISA con un aumento de alumnos excelentes.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tendremos que estar muy alerta para que nuestros políticos no pretendan, como apuntan algunos, igualarnos a todos por abajo o estandarizar la educación, en lugar de subir el estándar de la educación, como dice Sir Ken Robinson. “El error del sistema educativo actual se debe a la estandarización. Estandarizar la educación no hace más que limitar la educación de nuestros alumnos, porque frena las aptitudes y el talento. A mayor estandarización mayor fracaso escolar, mayor abandono escolar. De ahí que sea necesario modificar el paradigma educativo actual donde la mecanización de los contenidos está por encima de la búsqueda del talento.”</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Desde el Club Excelencia en Gestión llevamos tiempo apostando por la mejora del sistema educativo y hemos desarrollado un Foro de Excelencia en la Educación en el que participan los directivos y profesores de los colegios con más altos niveles de excelencia en la gestión de España. Porque nosotros como J.A. Marina, creemos que, mejorando primero los equipos directivos, se puede mejorar muchísimo un centro. Además, es necesario mejorar la calidad del profesorado, que en España no se ha formado nunca. También propone el filósofo, que los centros tengan más autonomía, lo que significa que deben organizar sus proyectos educativos muy bien... y en España están empezando a funcionar mejor los de gestión concertada que los centros de enseñanza pública. Por último, implicar a\u{A0}las familias en su relación con la escuela, que ahora está rota.\u{A0}No es verdad que no les interese la educación de sus hijos, pero no saben qué hacer, no tienen vías concretas para colaborar en la mejora.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">De ahí el compromiso del Club Excelencia en Gestión por el futuro de la educación en España, que pasa por mejorar, justamente lo que hacemos para ayudar a las organizaciones con el fin de elevar su nivel de calidad y competitividad.</p>\n
