<p style="text-align: justify;">El liderazgo transformador ejercido por el Director Gerente en Umivale y transmitido a través de los equipos; ser un referente en aspectos tecnológicos; un excelente despliegue de la estrategia; la rentabilidad de los esfuerzos y la estabilidad de la plantilla han sido la combinación de factores que han llevado a la Mutua Umivale a revalidar por tercera vez su Sello de Excelencia EFQM 500+.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cuando se consigue el máximo grado de reconocimiento en Excelencia en la gestión se ha valorado una serie de puntos fuertes que, en este caso, abarcan a varias áreas de la organización.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El liderazgo transformador, por ejemplo, se ha plasmado en mejoras sostenidas en la organización y en la propuesta de valor a los grupos de interés. Umivale se ha convertido también en un referente en aspectos tecnológicos como la máquina antigravedad o como el Data Lost Prevention (DLP), en procesos como la prevención del absentismo y en eficiencia de los recursos económico-financieros, tal y como muestra su posición prominente en el ranking de productividad\u{A0} (ratio ingresos cuota por trabajador). Por lo que respecta al despliegue de la estrategia. Otro punto a imitar: el despliegue de la estrategia, con el que se ha convertido los objetivos estratégicos en planes estratégicos que se transforman en planes de acción. El presidente de Umivale, Ángel Luis Mancebo, y el gerente, Héctor Blasco, recibieron el certificado del director de Socios y Conocimiento del Club Excelencia en Gestión, Miquel Romero, y del director de la Región Este de Bureau Veritas, Patricio Calatayud.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">“Asumir la responsabilidad que otorga este sello ha sido un factor clave en nuestro desarrollo estratégico”, destacó el gerente de Umivale, Héctor Blasco.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Entre las principales fortalezas que Bureau Veritas destaca en su informe, además de las anteriores, resalta su cultura colaborativa con sus partners y su modelo de gestión, llamado “Modelo de Excelencia”, haciendo especial referencia a su Código Ético, a la adhesión de los trabajadores de la mutua al proyecto en común y su cultura enfocada a la orientación al cliente.</p>\n
